I was not booked today but a friend needed a hand with a set up, super fast with only 1 hour before the party (she has blown up balloons) I came over added White tuff tex to her color scheme (Amazon balloons were not enough for a a half arch) took everything down and re assembled with a couple additions and I was able to make a beautiful quick set up!!!
