There are so many details we had within these table setup!

Laser cut acrylic for table numbers AND personalized name cards. The menu was also laser etched out of mirrored acrylic. Our gold harlo stands with big florals with unique chargers, candle holders, and more! Another great example of the visions Beth comes up with when hearing clients' ideas!

It was such a great time setting up at for Grant and Sarah's big day! We covered over 40 tables with custom-made circular garlands with hurricanes holding floating candles. We also made custom flower boxes to join together on the head table and throughout the venue!

Change is inevitable, Growth is optional. That specific quote by John C. Maxwell is one of my personal favorites, but also the perfect quote for the changes coming to our little growing company.

Our #1 goal from the beginning was to bring a new experience to the wedding world in Indiana. A new experience, and a new way to make your big day stunning. Well, the time is now!

We are officially rebranding to a new business name that better fits our aesthetic and our vision. Our new name is now Flora + Flame!

Some big changes are in our business platform as we focus on A La Carte wedding florals, as well as full service design packages. We will also continue to create custom signage, and neon projects.

BUT our biggest change is our new location! We are moving to quaint and fun downtown Greenwood at Main & Madison! Our new location will be focused on DIY wedding events, as well as some fun floral retail services. With a new line of Candles, DIY gift boxes for your wedding party, and other personal gifts.

We look forward to connecting with more and more clients!

Our space is currently undergoing construction to finish out but we plan to open the storefront later this summer!

Absolutely over the moon right now!

It was another full busy wedding weekend but Friday the newest issue of WeddingDay Magazine was released and we landed the COVER!!!

So happy about this as this was 100% Beth's vision and idea. From the design, the floral layouts, photography, models, cakes, dresses and more. This was all her brain child and she worked with key vendors to make her visions reality.

The layout and the article are top notch as the WeddingDay team nailed it! We couldn't be happier and look forward to doing it again!

Today, we had the pleasure of traveling to Muncie and transforming Lifepoint Church for Sarah and Grant's ceremony!

The entry was taken over with curtains along with custom made florals arrangements. Down the aisle, the flowers continued with handmade arrangements inside of our newly made flower boxes. The custom flower boxes continued to the main stage with huge florals sitting in front of double layered curtains with lights tucked in between. Seeing Sarah's tears of joy when she saw it all was the cherry on top! Next up their reception!

We are up to all kinds of fun things over at IBD, and we cannot wait to share them with you!

BUT.. we have to make you wait just a little bit longer to show you our new location and share our big news.

In the mean time, we wanted to make sure everyone was updated that we have moved from our old shop location. While we absolutely LOVED that location, we have decided it was not working out for us and a change was needed.

To say it is torturing us to not tell you, would be a lie!

We are so excited to start talking about all the big changes coming to Ivory By Design, but lets start with the biggest (and most exciting) news!

You probably met Beth a time or two in your chats, but did you know that Beth has been working hard behind the scenes to learn floral design? YUP! Beth has recently taken over as the floral designer for the Ivory Design team.

"Learning florals has been a natural transition for me. I always knew I loved florals but had always been intimidated to try them, but here I am! I loved playing with flowers with my mom growing up, and I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to continue my own education and be able to bring my design skills to another facet of the wedding world. I adore my clients, my clients are family, and my #1 goal is to bring couples dreams to life."

Beth is also the signage designer on staff and works to create and design custom signage.

We are so excited to move forward, and we cannot WAIT to introduce you to our new team, a team that is driven to bring transparency, affordability, and visions to life!

Seating charts are something that is HIGHLY recommended if you're having a wedding of 50 or more. It helps a ton with the flow of your day as your guests make their way to the reception. First, our boutique fresh floral packages. These are geared toward the budget conscience couple who have a limited budget but still want gorgeous fresh flowers.

Another custom build and seating chart to remember!

We built this stand alone seating chart to look like planter boxes on a plaster wall. Then we laser cut all the names (along with table # and food choice) to be then stuck inside floral foam so they stood tall. We always suggest keeping seating charts in alphabetical order as well to keep a good flow!
