As we start the 2023 New Year we want to remember the great year we leave behind us. We ended 2022 with an amazing rehearsal dinner event in Hattiesburg, MS and it was such a great time.

Combination of Holiday vibes mixed with love in the air for a wedding the next day, made us feel like we were family.

Such an amazing event and great client! We were thrilled to be a part of it!

Now, we're looking forward to many more great events to come in 2023!

A Whole Pig 😳, Italian Crawfish Bread, Vegetable Skewers, and Cajun Skewers... Oh My!!

Southern Flavor Catering spent their weekend traveling the world, in a culinary way, and making some client's tastebuds very happy!

More pictures and stories are coming soon from this delicious weekend where we fed a combined total of 1,000+ people.

Some of these yummy items were a first for us, and our amazing Chef loved the challenge.

Congratulations to William (Bill) and Rachel on their lovely wedding last night. It was a bit rough... with rain, wind, and a coolness to the air. However, it came out wonderfully, and the bride and groom had such a good time.

We want to give a very sincere thank you to our team. Soaking wet, sore feet, time schedule sporadic, and lots of last minute changes.
THANK you for coming together, keeping a positive attitude, and making this night amazing for this happy couple and their guest. All of you are amazing!

Tonight we have the pleasure of feeding an amazing group of people from Keesler Federal Credit Union in Gulfport. Blessed and humble to be apart of this event.

This previous weekend (October 15th) Southern Flavor Catering & Events worked a wonderful, beautiful, and large 500-person wedding in Biloxi! Our leader and owner, Paige, put together an incredible team of people to pull off a massive endeavor in only two months. Creating a custom, multi-course menu, with 2 separate cocktail hours, a private dinner for the wedding party, AND a 9-course family-style plated meal served to 40 different tables!

Multiple days were spent making sure every plate was ready, every taco shell was counted, and every eggroll was put together by hand! Our team didn’t skip any detail and we were thrilled to bring it together for a lovely wedding.

As a team, we know our leader is proud of our hard work… and as a team we are proud of our owner for allowing us to be apart of this incredible experience and guiding us every step of the way. Her patience, attention to detail, and dedication to both the Southern Flavor team and our clients is inspiring!
