The Other Chef is a food-focused group with a strong emphasis on local products by providing classes, personal chef services, catering, and a current seasonal hot food vendor at the Hillsboro Farmers Market in Orenco Station located in Hillsboro, Oregon and a vendor at the Oregon City Farmers Market. The Chef was a member of the American Culinary Federation as he is a Certified Culinarian. In 2013

, the chef was selected among his peers as one of the Best Chefs of Louisiana. The Chef was classically trained at Delgado Community College Culinary Apprenticeship Program. The Chef has worked under many great chefs including Lazone Randolph (Brennan's), Dominique Macquet, Susan Spicer (Bayona, Mondo, and Rosedale), and Troy Deano (Denim and Oak). The Chef also creates unique preserves from locally sourced fruits including the S2BP (Strawberry Balsamic and Black Pepper), the Notorious B.O.G. (Blueberry Orange and Ginger), and the Rated PG13 (Spicy Peach-Ginger). Previously, the chef was a ProStart Instructor in Louisiana and is a Level 1 CTTIE teacher. The Chef is currently a chef mentor for local high schools in Washington County Oregon.
