Our Meeting Dynamics Scenery Studios team put on a Haunted Hollywood Halloween Howl Drive-In Movie theme this year at Moss Creek. Out in Hardeeville at the Farm on Main we also built a really cool Haunted Forest, "Night of the Dead" Swamp, and Alien encounter will put some pictures of that up in a day or two. Halloween is our artists favorite time of the year 🙂

Meeting Dynamics had the pleasure of proving scenery and decor to Latitude Margaritaville, Beach House, Hilton Head Island and Montage Palmetto Bluff to ring in the New Year! Jimmy Buffet greeted guests on a big screen as we provided decor for food stations at Margaritaville. We let go of 2020 with a balloon drop and lighting at the Montage in Palmetto Bluff and set up 30 pieces of spandex panels for an amazing ceiling treatment for The Beach House's "Black and White Ball."

Meeting Dynamics, Inc. provided scenery, lighting and decor for New Year's Celebrations all over the Lowcountry, including Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head, Palmetto Bluff and Montage Resort, Fishcamp on Broad Creek and the Beach House, Hilton Head Island, featuring legendary local band, Silicone Sister! What a way to ring in 2021!

Scenery and sets provided by Meeting Dynamics for the 2020 Coronation of the Queen, annual gala event for Homecoming at Savannah State University designed by Maurice Jones. This years event is a small "in person" event, and also filmed for campus television, with an Egyptian theme. We have been supply scenery and theming for this event for over 15 years usually done in the huge Tiger Arena, this year in their ballroom. This is always an amazing event, Savannah State knows how to put on a show!

Pictures from last years Freedom Day celebration at the Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park, we are sure missing being 'live' this year. The scenery and sets for Freedom Day were designed and built by Meeting Dynamics Scenery Studios. It all really 'came to life' with the amazing program and costumed reenactors put together by Joyce Wright and Ahmad Ward Executive Director of Mitchelville Freedom Park and their amazing committees. Hope we can be back "live" on stage in 2021. If you haven't had a chance to visit this historic site, Mitchelville Freedom Park is a beautiful park overlooking Port Royal Sound here on Hilton Head Island.

Meeting Dynamics Scenic Studios had the pleasure to create the set for the filming of Mitchelville Freedom Parks "virtual" Juneteenth celebration. On stage is Marlena Smalls and the amazing Hallelujah Singers. In past years this annual event brought out over 1,000 guests for Juneteenth celebration, but due to the Coronovirus they are filming a special tribute for 2020. Thank you to Joyce Wright and Ahmad Ward, Executive Director of the Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park to help with this special event..

We made it to the silver screen once again! Our decor was featured on the set of the film, "The Poison Rose", starring John Travolta and Morgan Freeman where we built and decorated the full Casino set in the Grand Ballroom at the Inn at Forsythe Park in Savannah!
