Sometimes, we get to do more intimate events, and that's what we did for a wedding shower last week and a sweet baby shower this week. Chicken salad croissants, broccoli pasta salad, cheese boards, spinach dip and Leesa's famous cheesecake for the win!! ❤️

We were blessed (again!) to serve many of our friends a wedding dinner! ❤️ Last night's reception was hosted at The Red Shed venue in Hudsonville, Michigan and has the most amazing ambiance inside!

The meal included a huge charcuterie (which was smashed in a real quick hurry! Yay!!) as well as roast beef, Tuscan chicken, corn, garlic mashed potatoes, and our yummy dinner rolls!

Yesterday we did a lunch drop-off cater for Spectrum Net Designs and picked up our supplies later in the day! If you have an event that doesn't need us to stick around, sometimes it's nice to just take your time!

We love working with Northern Mortgage - Byron Center and we got the opportunity to provide food for their March Madness event this week! Those Shrimp Bloody Mary Cocktail cups were genuinely delectable, the roast beef and turkey sliders turned out amazing, and the dessert spread by Leesa's Cupcake Bakery with a basketball theme really topped it off! 🏀🤍🏀 Thanks for calling us guys!!

Mark your calendars!! July11 at 6pm my husband and I are throwing a garden party dinner. Dinner will be provided by Farm to Fork Special events and music by Rhythm of the Night Entertainment. You will be able to make your own bouquet to take home or take one ready made from the tables.
This dinner Is a fundraiser for a mission trip my husband and I are going on to Mozambique.
Cost Is $100 per couple or $50 each and Includes dinner, music and a bouquet to take home. Our last payment for our trip Is due May 6 so we need to have sign ups and payment due before then.
It will be a fun night of dinner, strolling through the gardens, making your own bouquets and yard games.
Pic is not of our back yard. This event wil be held rain or shine! We will move the dinner into our barn if it is forecasted rain.

Sometimes we get the opportunity to say thank you in a special way to those who work so hard in our churches! Thank you Faith PRC council for all the work you do throughout the year. Charcuterie was a gift from Farm to Fork and the Wassinks. Hope you all enjoyed it! Gail Moelker. The meal was our usual dinner of beef, chicken, garlic mashed and green beans so there's no pics of that.

Even when you're doing a cater for 30 people, it still requires a packed truck load! 😅 We were happy to cater for the family of the owners of Holstege Farms Wedding Venue! It's always setup so beautifully & it was fun to serve you!

It was quite a weekend for us!! We had 4 caters planned between Friday and Saturday. Ended up with 2 instead because of the blizzard weather. We were actually fine with that since driving wasn't fun!! BUT ... we had fun at the 2 caters we had. The wedding on Friday was a beautiful event! Congratulations to this beautiful couple!!

Friday was a busy one for us! Served a lunch of Baked Ziti & Chicken Alfredo to the crew at Russells Technical Products in Holland. They were also hosting a dinner party that night & asked for a second, smaller meal that they could serve later, so we happily obliged!
We also served some delicious appetizers at Hudsonville Lanes for Preferred Machine, LLC/Preferred Delivery Services for their Christmas party in the evening (that we totally forgot to take pictures of!! 🤦🏼‍♀️) We served them brisket, our famous garlic mashed potatoes, meatballs, 2 types of sliders, beer cheese with hot pretzels, a veggie tray, chicken skewers, and stuffed mushrooms! 👀 based on the few leftovers at the end of the night, we'd like to think it was a hit! Thank you to both of these companies for trusting us for your catering services. We look forward to working with you, again!

Last night, we had the privilege of serving the clients at Gateway Mission. Thank you for letting us be a part of your Christmas dinner! Two of my daughters and a few women from one of their bookclubs along with some community volunteers came alongside me to serve the men, women & staff here.

We had a "drop-off" style wedding cater last weekend at The Red Shed in Hudsonville and had to setup a full Charcuterie grazing table! We used some of the new cheeses we ordered from the food show earlier in the week on the cutting board trays along with yummy hot stuffed mushrooms and spinach dip!

Sometimes we play!! This week we attended the Gordon Foods sampler and it did not disappoint. It was super fun to see all the different food prep options, new hot-box styles, charcuterie layout examples (pickling anyone?!), table tags, the cutest tiny forks, and so much inspiration!! We had all hands on deck last week for the Reach the Forgotten Jail Ministry fundraiser! {12 workers that night!}

This was a “plated & served” event so we were hopping the whole time. Our service includes two drink stations, salads, plated dinner, yummy cheesecake dessert by Leesa's Cupcake Bakery, and full table cleanup at the end of the night.

We served this meal and charcuterie board at the beautiful Lumber Yard Event Center in Wayland, Michigan. Such a neat and authentic building!

Dinner: Hand Carved Beef Brisket by Chef Mark, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn, Green Beans, and fresh dinner rolls

The charcuterie board with all the fixings including lots of fresh veggies, dips, fruits, exotic cheeses, olives, crackers, and pretzels was a pretty big hit too!
