What are the laws to getting married in Washington State?
Both parties must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid form of photo identification, a U.S. passport, driver's license, military ID. You'll also need your Social Security card. Gov. Jay Inslee today announced updated guidance for weddings and funerals as part of Washington's Safe Start phased reopening plan.

Wedding and Funeral Guidance

The update allows wedding and funeral receptions to resume, as long as they meet specific requirements.

Receptions and ceremonies must be capped at 30 people, or 25% of venue occupancy, whichever is less
All tables at the reception must be seated by household, with table sizes capped at 5 people
Facial coverings are required, and social distancing must be maintained

My apologies to those checking this post, looking for an officiant to do a simple wedding. I'm sure that in light of the virus and quarantine, the idea of a simple 3-5 person ceremony is very appealing. As much as I'd love to help, I will respect the quarantine. That being said, I have to return to my "day job" tomorrow, since the position I have is not closing for business. In normal times, my availability to do weddings is only Monday and Tuesday, as officiating is/was not busy enough for me to do it solely and still pay bills . Thank you.
