Weather Alert: No Alerts at the moment, but this is where you will find out first. Check back if weather is questionable.

We are open regular hours today, and leagues expected to bowl as usual.

It may be obvious to most, but a reminder to any drivers or walkers unaccustomed to moisture at below freezing temperatures: Although deep snow can seem daunting to drive or walk on, but spots of black ice are what usually get you. Places in the shade stay frozen longer, painted surfaces like parking lot lines are slicker, and unlike snow don’t look to be a challenge until you are laying on your steps looking up, or rolling into a ditch. So please be careful, and come see us in the warmth.

Just a reminder that this is where we post anytime weather or other events may cause disruptions.

Seems early, but it's not. First come first serve for our New Years Bash, and we fill up every year!

Booking is now available online! Take note, you must choose 6:30pm, 7:30pm, or 8:30pm start times for packages to show in the booking system.

Not only does booking early secure 'A' or 'Some' lanes for New Year's Eve, it allows lane choice. (We will call to confirm). It also puts you in for a chance to win a $50 gift card.

Note: Foxfire League Bowlers also receive a $20 per lane discount on all Lane/Food packages. Retuned at event.

Socialization, physical activity, awarded for success in a sport that doesn't have you sitting in the cold and wet to cheer them on. This is Bowling. Notice: As always if any adjustments are made to the lanes we will post. Contrary to those that may think the lane pattern has been changed, it has not. The weather, and use of heat and air has changed, but not the pattern. The effect of which is the pattern does break down too fast, and needs to be beefed back up. Note, I do not make big changes in season. I will however be adding one load on the forward travel from the 10 board to the 10 board. This takes us from 21.95ml to 23.00ml. This should allow balls to get down lane slightly better, but mainly to allow the pattern to hold up longer through a league session.

We will start this pattern today, Saturday afternoon.

This Memorial Day and every day we thank those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our lives and our freedom, and we pray for those who miss them most.

We thank those who took the calling to defend, and were blessed not to have the price reach the ultimate.

On this and every patriotic holiday we offer an invitation for any US Military Veterans and active duty to partake of two free games, and free shoe rentals. Thank you for your service!

Foxfire will be open 11am till 10pm. Lanes are available for open play, other than 12 lanes set aside from 6:30-10 for our Tough Shot Pots. Should any Veteran or active duty soldiers choose to take their two games to enter the Tough Shot Pots their entry will be discounted $10. Thank you again for your service.

Thanks to our primary volunteers Trista Harper, and Star Kelly, and others that helped out this week. Thanks to all that donated items to the weekly raffle, and the table raffles. And all of your for the cash that will go to improve the lives of our veterans!

It’s not just raffles, it’s an event. It’s fun, and our bowlers always step up with great, creative and valuable items, that you will want. Maybe a Valentines present for your sweetie! And best of all, ALL the money goes to the BVL Charity, to improve the lives of our disabled veterans!

BVL Week is Coming!!! February 4-10, 2024. We are talking to league bowlers this week and asking them to bring in items to raffle on that week. Experience has shown our bowlers step it up to help our veterans, by bringing in plenty of things you will want to buy tickets for. Raffles will run daily that whole week, with hundreds of cool items to win. Donate, buy tickets, win prizes worth up to $500!

If you want to know what the money goes to, BVL will be taking a chunk of the proceeds from our last year's BVL week to put Therapeutic Virtual Reality Headsets into the VA Hospital in Salisbury this year, (hopefully soon). I hope you hope us raise money this year to do other great things for our veterans. Here is a link to a page showing the VR program. I have seen it in person, and it is impressive, especially when you consider the needs of who will be using them.

Foxfire Youth and Bantams starting January 6th, $5,000 in scholarships, certified and background checked coaches, discounts, in a sport that turns couch potatoes into social butterflies, isn’t this something you want for you kids?

Saturdays 9:30am (NOTE: Date change:) organizing 1/13/2024. Bantams age 4-8. Youth ages 8-18 (note youth cannot have turned 18 before 8/1/2023). Pre-bowling is allowed for scheduling conflicts.
