Ok we are BACK!! After a couple weeks off to reenergize and get 2 kids ready for their Junior and Senior years and a little family vacation that definitely helped recharge and refocus.

We have a few catering coming up this week. We still have a couple dates open this year. Feel free to hit us up.

In the planning stages for the Biggest bbq event on the Planet, the American Royal World Series of Barbecue. We will keep everyone updated with our plans for the contest and shenanigans.

It's Comp week!! Trying to get all the last minute things together for what will be our first time doing a masters double(2 comps in one weekend) We get to travel to Osceola, MO for what I have heard is an fun competition put on by some great people. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the backyard and masters series.

To everyone cooking, may your smoker run flawless and your meat turn out tender. May you hear your names called often but before mine!! Good luck to everyone this weekend!

Booyah Sauce is our most recent Award winning sauce! We placed 3rd in the Original sauce category at the National Barbecue & Grilling Association Award of Excellence competition this year.

A collaboration with a life long friend SoFa King Awesome Products, we combined a smoky bbq sauce with our Poppin Peach. Added a few things in the lab and BOOYAH!! The sauce was Born!!

After a dip in the pool and a 12 hour nap, is till don't think that was enough for this weekend.

First off 4 of my 5 kids blessed me at the competition. #5 was adulting and making the $$$!
So happy Father's day to all of you dad's out there.

It was a busy weekend, pulled a double! Had a catering Friday in Agency MO and had to hustle back for the first 2 turn ins Friday night at the Comp.

Had a great weekend and pretty decent cook.

Just doing some things this weekend!! A couple pork butts, Man Meat BBQ Weekend Bum BBQ and SoFa King Awesome Products to season them up to perfection.

Forgot to get pics of the hams as well. Jdqbbq OG rub added just the right amount of flavor and sweetness.
