Tis the season for Winterberry!! Ilex verticillata is a native shrub great for birds and winter color!
Berries come in red or gold on female hollies and require a non-berrying male pollinator. Winterberry is an easy to grow shrub so try one out today!

Well, you're in luck, it's poinsettia season!
These popular holiday plants often get a bad rap as finicky and toxic, however they hold only a mild toxicity (you or your pet would have to eat a truck load to get really sick!) While poinsettias can be picky about their conditions they will thrive under the correct ones - much like many of our favorite tropical house plants!
So don't skip the poinsettias this year, we have plenty to choose from 😁
