Having a wedding planner on your team to arrange and if needed implement a plan for inclement weather is invaluable. The last thing you want to worry about on your big day is creating a back up plan. Your Mingle planner will work with you before hand to make sure all the “what if’s” are addressed and your wishes are heard.

Thanks to all the vendors who came together to celebrate and her growing family. Caroline has worked for Mingle since she was just 21 years old so in a lot of ways us wedding friendors feel like we have gotten to watch her grow up over the years. We are so excited to watch her take on this new adventure of motherhood! So much fun getting to celebrate everyone’s biggest hype girl.

Most of our brides are begging to take them off by the time they get done with pictures since they tend to get in the way….but photos like these of our very own show that the annoyance is oh so worth it. There is something so classically romantic about photos taken through the delicate material. It gives us goosebumps every time

When you look up during dinner and realize there is a double rainbow over your reception tent😍🌈 AND it never even rained on your wedding day… I’d say that’s one of those “meant to be”
kind of signs. All of Courtney and Nathan’s guests were so in awe no one wanted to sit back down to eat (and we don’t blame them😂)

We loved getting to work at the this year for such a special couple’s big day! .cantler and Clay made a weekend of it with family and friends on the beautiful property. With gorgeous on-site lodging for guests they were able to host their rehearsal dinner and a welcome bonfire at different locations around the property. It made the weekend so special for guests and family to get to spend time getting to know each other.

Vendor Highlight: Our sweet and insanely talented friend . She knows how to help her couples let loose, have fun, and feel beautiful through every step of the day. We’ve seen her make even the most shy, nervous, and reserved couples feel like they are in a shoot for Vogue magazine and they’ve been modeling for years. Making people feel seen and confident is her super power… not only does she bring all the feel good energy her work speaks for itself. Thankful to have such a talent in our lives and local WNC wedding vendor community (although she travels all over these days so get to booking fast!)

The getting ready part of the day is always one of our favorites. There is so much anticipation, excitement and love in the air. Whether you’ve known the bride since childhood, college, or met them later in life such sweet memories are made leading up to the wedding. Bachelorette trips, bridal showers, and the wedding weekend give such a unique chance to get your whole tribe together. New friendships are formed and memories made all around a mutual love for YOU!

Things that make us really really stinking happy…. We have now lost count of how many of our past Mingle couples are expanding their family this year. Including our sweet and with a precious baby boy due in May. Even our own is expecting a little one.

Getting to know our couples and seeing the love they have for each other makes these announcements even sweeter… these new additions will be surrounded by such great examples of love and family values. It’s always an honor to not only be there at the start of your forever but to also follow along with all your other life changes and updates- baby on the way, new job, big move, new house and more! Getting baby announcements, Christmas cards and even simple check ins on social media from our pasts clients makes our heart swell. Your wedding day may be over but we are lucky to get to call you friends for life 💕

and Jacob wrapped up our year with their gorgeous fall wedding at . It was one of those days that was too good to be true. They are such a fun loving sweet couple and it was truly a perfect day getting to celebrate them. They had the Honeysuckle Hill All Inclusive vendor team who worked hard to make sure the day went by without a hitch!

It’s so hard to believe that we are coming up on the one year anniversary of and Logan. This day was truly one for the books.

Priya just sent us the sweetest letter this week reminiscing on her big day.
She wrote: “We are not being hyperbolic when we say this wedding would have been nothing without you. We gave you a confusing jumbled up vision and you literally created art from it.”
