I’ve made a decision to offer my online classes on a more regular basis. Starting this Friday, the classes will be on fb live on Monday, Wednesday n Friday at 10:00am. Monday’s n Friday’s will be some form of low impact cardio/strength (including line dance blast) n Wednesday’s will be toning n stretch. The classes are free, but donations would be appreciated. Good Morning People's Place Peeps! We hope that everyone is doing well, adjusting, staying safe staying strong and staying home and practicing social distancing when you do have to go out. While our studio is still temporarily closed for business, Jan Kain, Owner and founder of People's Place is offering to continue to do her own signature classes via FACEBOOK LIVE at 10:00 a.m. Yesterday she did her Monday class Cardio Line Dance Blast. I just now made the decision to officially close Peoples Place n Jannys Showroom for two weeks or until they give us the ok to be open for business. We apologize for any inconvenience but as a RN with a PhD in public health, I feel it’s in the best interest of our community. I’m thinking about doing some of my classes via digital streaming or whatever it's called, I’m technically challenged so I’d need to figure it all out. I’d charge $5 to start n I could just take it out of people’s Value Card accounts. It’s pretty safe in People's Place as it is because we are very small, take precautions n follow protocol but just in case. Thoughts?

People’s Place is currently open for classes. Janny's Showroom will be open for concerts n events. We clean everything n use common sense. We have hand sanitizer n Lysol wipes n spray. We have small enough classes that cleaning and sanitizing is extremely manageable after every class. Your risk here is very low n it’s important to exercise to boost your immune system. If you’re sick or feeling unwell as if you’re coming down with something, please take care of yourself n stay home. Thank you

We are open for classes at People’s Place, concerts n shows at Jannys Showroom. Unlike a gym or fancy arena, we have very small classes n small crowds. We disinfect n wipe everything down. There’s always hand sanitizer around. The owner is a RN, germaphobe n PhD in public health. Don’t be afraid to come in here.
