eded. Payment:

I do request a down payment if you do not want to pay the full amount at one time. 2nd payment must be submitted before I send to print. At the moment I'm only accepting Paypal. Delivery or Pickup:

For those who live in the San Fernando CA area, you are more then welcome to pick up your order at my house. For everyone else that will require shipping I do ship orders with USPS unless you prefer a different carrier. In the USA expect order to arrive within 3-7 business days after approval of all designs. Outside the States expect a 2-4 week delivery depending where you are located after approval of all designs. Respond Time:

Within 24 to 48 hours after payment has cleared I will send you a proof file, make sure everything is correct check spelling, location, date and time if anything is wrong please let me know so I can revise it ASAP. I will email you the final file(s) once all has been approved unless you requested printing in which case I'll let you know when the turnaround time would be. How it all works:

You will be quoted for 1 design with up to 3 free changes. Any changes needed after will have a $5 fee per change. If you wish to have more then 1 design option you will be charged the same price for every option plus you'll get your 3 free changes for every design. After your 3 free changes you will have a $5. fee per change.

**Note on Errors** After final approval of designs I delete files and would have to start over if you find a mistake. I will require a payment of $10.00 to recreate and fix any mistakes after you've approved you're final proof. Highly recommend checking your Facebook messages incase I have questions. I reply fairly quickly so please keep checking to make process faster. If 3 days pass and I still have not heard from you I will send you the final file as is, any mistakes found after will have a redo fee of $10.00 So Please check you messages. Photographs:
If you submit photos to use on your design you acknowledge that you have a legal copyright to them. You will be held 100% responsible for misuse of a copyrighted image.
