African Melodious Voices To Sing In Los Angeles, California
In Los Angeles, California, Matunda Ye Yesu and Lungile Sinandile of the South African Orion Duet (two groups based in Albuquerque) and Thokoza, a dynamic singing group located in San Bernardino California will jo
in their harmonious voices in a concert coming up in August 2013. They have had the opportunity to visit other states to sing and are coming together once more, to bless others through their God-given talents. Matunda Ya Yesu, Lungile Sinandile and Thokoza have prepared a musical event like no other through glorious harmonies. Be prepared to be enlightened by the stories of resettled
refugees, immigrants, and the journey towards a new life in America. The
languages you will hear include Xhosa, Zulu, Sesotho, English, Kirundi,
Swahili, and native languages of Malawi, Zambiya, and Zimbabwe. This is joyous, uplifting, inspiring and infectious dynamic music rhythms musical concert. Funds Raised benefit the South African Orion Duet's refugees ( New Mexico), internally displaced and hiv/aids affected and infected orphans in South Africa. This is a free concert, but free will donations will be accepted through SAOD's fiscal agent the Immigrant And Refugee Resource Village Of Albuquerque.
