Anyone interested in booking for May-beginning of august our Prices are $2,500 for the weekend (minus july 4th) This includes Land, Heated pool and deck, full functioning bathroom,Garbage cans around property,fire-pit ect. (As well as a $1,000 deposit which will be returned after inspection of the property) We allow you to come out 1 to 2 days before your wedding or event to set up and decorate!! We recommend renting your tent,tables,and chairs through either cook party rentals OR Selah Venues...both companies deliver and setup/take down here at Red Swallow Farm. Red swallow farm is currently renovating this beautiful red barn into a house/loft to be used for future bride and grooms to be! It will include two king size beds upstairs as well as a bathroom and living space downstairs... We are shooting for this to be done (and included in future bookings) around August of this year! This gorgeous Open property has acres of land, a heated pool/wooden deck,fire-pitt,bathroom, a big concrete slab for dancing or seating!
We also offer Firework packages (depending on weather and drought) to be included in your package. We allow live bands,food karts,ect. We are also alcohol friendly! This is strictly an outdoor venue, and you will need to provide either your Large tent as well as seating and tables. As of 2023 we will have plenty of options for people to rent! But as of the remainder of this year prices will reflect that. We accept up to 100 guest,that gives everyone plenty of space and options with those numbers.
