Nobody does Goat Yoga like we do on Mad Lavender Farm. Our practitioners are certified in yoga and in sound bowl healing. First, we do sound ball and smoke clearing getting new grounded and totally relaxed. Then we bring in the pure fun and chaos of baby goats. Our practitioners are good with all levels from total newbies to experienced yogis. All ages can participate (excepting toddlers!) and we even provide a padded chair if you’d like.
