While our dear friends at Positive Street Art are dancing the night away at the after-party at Martha's Exchange Restaurant & Brewery — and didn’t THEY kick butt with a packed house in and out today?!?! Wow! — we the organizers have finally crashed at home.

But before we call it a night, on behalf of the City of Nashua, Mayor Jim Donchess, Director of Economic Development, Liz Hannum, and our event manager extraordinaire, Tracy Dionne-Carlen… I want to sincerely thank you ALL for attending, assisting and participating in this first event.

This was a huge endeavor, but we think it went off pretty well! So grateful to the attendees, to our incredible bands, our delicious food trucks, and of course Positive Street Art. Our vendors seemed to have a fun time as well, which makes us very happy.

We've got our tried-and-true trio of local fave food trucks coming to the Summer Stroll: Soel Sistas Mobile- Catering & Cafe, Hazy Ice Cream LLC and Holly's Kona Ice. We're so thankful to have reliable and popular food vendors ready to roll here in Nashua for our events (and yours!).
We have a couple more tasty food purveyors in the works, but our friends above are always good to go, and we appreciate them immensely! Stop by and enjoy their summer treats!

There will be lots of kids' activities at the Nashua Summer Stroll!

Our focus is on fun art projects. Positive Street Art and several vendors will offer free fun "art-tivities" throughout the day.

One of those will be a car with chalk paint on it, so kids can doodle on the car! We hope to have a masterpiece on four wheels by the end of the event!

A BIG THANK YOU to Best Ford of Nashua for donating the Ford Escape, and to Precision Collision for the chalk paint job!!!

That and more await your family to participate -- PSA will also be creating a community mural project with individual artwork in handprint shapes, and a splatter paint tent. Several vendors will have games and giveaways as well. Be sure to bring the kids and come downtown!

TGIF! Our first band of the event will be Latin Logic : Boston based Salsa band. You might know them from performing at the Dancin' in the Park events held at Renaissance Park a few times. They will be bring the fiery Latino sound to a hot summer afternoon!

BONUS!!! We also have the terrific Theo Martinez of Htmdance.com coming to the Stroll, to show you some basic moves ahead of time so you can SALSA WITH THE BEST OF THEM! Free instruction from a huge local talent!

Join Theo from 3-3:30, right in front of the mainstage, and then show off your newfound skills when Latin Logic takes the stage from 3:30-4:30. 🔥 ¡CALIENTE! 💃🕺

We've got another great band that's ready to rock the Summer Stroll!
4 R Souls is a classic rock cover band that will blow you away! Mike Simard and his blistering guitar fire off lick-perfect renditions of your favorite rock hits. He and the rest of the crew are going to amaze you -- the lead singer has got to be heard to be believed! We can't wait for you to hear this Hudson-based band! 4 R Souls is scheduled to perform 6:30-8 pm!

We're happy to have three great bands bringing their talents to the Summer Stroll. Today let's shine the spotlight on Aces & Eights!
If you're local, you surely know these folks! Aces & Eights started playing together at Nashua High School in the late 1960's. Since then they have been a part of music era's such as the first 1970's outdoor festivals in New England, the 1980's punk/new wave movement, playing at clubs such as the Rat and Max's Kansas City, and today's appreciation for things that were. Their music has crossed genres from British Rock, 60's West Coast Era, R&B Classics, roots country and truck drivin' songs as well as particular interests in the music of Van Morrison, Steely Dan and Tom Petty. They have played many shows at Nashua's Holman Stadium and have shared the bill with Aerosmith, NRBQ, Edgar Winter, Luther ‘Guitar’ Johnson and more.
During this time, they have been supported by one of the most loyal fan bases anywhere. We know their huge following will want to show up and give their support to David West and the boys!
Aces & Eights is scheduled to perform on the mainstage from 5-6 pm. 🎸🎤🥁
