DCBX was really special, and I enjoyed so many wonderful leads in the zouk, bachata, and kiz room. I did not lead as much as I would have liked, but the zoukeras were magical. Next event, I really ought to focus solely on leading, as I felt rusty.

I absolutely love rocking flowy dresses like this, but this garment's length required heels, and I never rock heels on the dancefloor anymore, so I tripped a few times on my dress (which psyched me out) and did not have my sea legs. To add to the quiver, of course, my dance with @walterfernandes___ was recorded, haha! If you know me intimately, you'll know that dancing confidently while being filmed is a huge hurdle of mine. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this memory, and I'm happy to share this movement in time with you, flaws and all 🫶

I had the best dances at Zouk Heat 💥This was like one of my 1st dances straight off the plane at 12:30am. By Saturday, everyone was flowing and I had like 7 mind-blowing ermmm zouk experiences. Just wow!
