Cooking is in my blood! I come from a family that crossed into Colorado on the Santa Fe Trail cooking on chuck wagons. I started at my family’s restaurant washing dishes as soon as I could reach the sink. My formative years were spent cooking in a variety of kitchens, from 4 star, fine dining to hole in the wall bars. I’ve cooked it all.
