Be careful! People have been known to bleed merely looking at a mandoline. Their danger isn’t in their edge, though, it’s in our inattention. So pop the blade out and give it the love all edges deserve. And whenever you choose to slice with a mandoline, let that be the only thing on which you focus.
The 9” Chroma is just my favorite, and the cleaver always needs a bit of love after hacks open a coconut.
