Guess what?? We have moved into our offices at Durham Springs Culinary Event Center. It looks like we should be opening Cascade the restaurant the end of October/beginning of November. The journey is almost over!!

The Cascade Lodge, a popular dining destination that closed a couple years ago after more than 70 years of business in Durham Township, is being transformed into Durham Springs Culinary Event Center and Cascade: The Restaurant at Durham Springs. The business is expected to open in early fall.

The original farm at the turn of the last century that became the Cascade Lodge in Durham PA. We bought it last summer and are bringing it back to all its glory. Follow along as we build our new Culinary Event Center: a restaurant, a big barn for weddings and other large gatherings, and lots of events centered around food and good times.
