Town Stages Opens This Fall
Driven, dynamic, and creative artists like Vaios Ely Soriano are making Town Stages their canvas. Town is supporting the voices of performing and visual artists as they intersect on stage, online, and beyond. Our arts and events complex is a touchpoint for collaboration and resource sharing.
How do you express yourself? By song, by brush, by hammer, or in dance? With pixels or pens?
You can follow Vaios Soriano's journey at http://www.vaiossoriano.com/
It's not too late to support Town Stages. For $74 or more, you can name a chair in our Theatre!

A huge thank you to Kiwi Callahan at Digitalimit and Samantha Slater at Made with Sass for making our campaign such a success.
Oh how we LOVE critically-acclaimed filmmaker Samantha Slater and how fancy she is!
Fierce Lady Founder + CEO of Made with Sass speaks on how Town Stages marries art and sustainability, something she experienced first hand with us at Loft227. A pioneer in every sense of the word, Slater is building a pathway for more enterprising women to achieve leadership in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
For artists and innovators, the goal is a seat at the table. A voice in the fight. Whatever your endeavor, you want to be seen, heard, supported and celebrated.
In New York City, access to fabulous and affordable space where you can host that audience and stand proudly on that stage can seem insurmountable.
Town Stages is different. Town is dedicated to telling your story and sharing your passion. Town offers a consolidated home for the life cycle of your project, a platform for the next phase of development, and an ultimate pipeline to success.
We are so close to goal, and you can help! Support us at > sokoloffarts.org
Your contribution will build a home for NYC's best and brightest for 15 years to come. And there's a good chance if you are reading this, that means you!
Let's do this, together.
Check out one of our favorite playwrights, Matthew Jellison talk shop about what we do, and what you can expect more of at our brand new facility, Town Stages. We premiered The Giants Parts 1 & 2 and packed the house at our first space in '16. Matthew's developing Part 3 as we speak!
Plays like The Giants breathe life into New York City. They give artists a voice, and create production opportunities for actors, directors, production designers, and beyond. We're building Town to make room for more dynamic plays, and bigger audiences.
We need your help! We are almost there, and you can make all the difference. Please read up at sokoloffarts.org and donate today!

Six Degrees Society Founder & CEO Emily Merrell is one of our favorite collaborators. Since we last saw her at Loft227, she's expanded to most major cities across the country.
Providing a home for rapidly growing organizations like Six Degrees is exactly what we do. We're building Emily a brand new facility to host her fabulous networking events at Town Stages. Town will feature our beloved city's best and brightest innovators at the intersection of business, arts, and cosmopolitan life.
Thank you, Emily! We can't wait to have you back.
