I don't have decorations, christmas trees or any pictures of or dolls of santa/satan claus in my home. What's not of God, is not for me. If it's not glorifying my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, then I'm not a part of it. What exactly does a tree and a fat man in a red suit have to do with God, anyway❓🤔 Do we even think about where these traditions come from❓Read Jeremiah Chapter 10 📖 and see where these pagan customs and rituals come from, and what God's views are about them. As a nurse and former fitness trainer, I'm always happy and eager to help others learn what is needed for their overall health, wellness, and fitness. And, so I post this to remind all that if they're not eating enough various amounts of different foods with various different vegetables and fruits (5 servings of each a day), then you may need to take multivitamins. 𝗠𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 :
As a believer in the One and Only, True Living God, Jesus Christ, I wouldn't have been able to endure all these challenges with the joy and peace He's given to me. I had a tumor grow in my neck and it was even pushing my breathing tube to the side. So, Doctors were concerned and stressed I should have it surgically removed. And, so a week and couple of days ago, I prayed and asked my church family/prayer ministry group ⛪ to pray for me. Then, I had the operation to remove the mass, and by the power of Jesus Christ, it was done successfully! I'm so grateful to God's healing and comfort through this typically scary process. But, The Lord Jesus is ALWAYS able and He's made a way for me, yet again. Thanks be to Jesus!! 🙌🏾 Also, I thank The Lord for all the prayer ministry members that prayed on my behalf. Thank you guys, so much. God bless you. 🙏🏾🤗

No. Not, at all. I've been on a plant based diet for 5 years now, and I'm still not protein deficient nor weak. 😏 I used to squat 175lbs of weight while vegan and am working my way back to that, in the gym. Coronavirus messed up my flow. Smh. I used to be able to put a whole man on my back and bring him out of harm's way. Lol!! 😂 And I will be able to do so again, by the power of Jesus and the plant lifestyle He's placed upon me. 🙌🏾💪🏾🔥

P.S.A: Go vegan and plant based. 🥑 Skip the middle man, the animal, and get the nutrients straight from the sources. Avoid all the
🔴 fat
🔴 cholesterol
🔴 hormones
🔴 antibiotics
🔴 antibiotic resistant bacteria
🔴 cancer cells
and
🔴 mucus
that animals contain as a result of being packed in and commercialized/manufactured in unsanitary environments of agriculture capitalist companies.
Save yourself the added issues. For example, if dairy was so good for your bones, there wouldn't be so many hip, knee, back, or various bone surgeries being done in this generation. God made the earth to contain all the nutrients our bodies need. Take heed. Reduce and if possible, remove dairy 🥛 and meat 🥩 from your diet.
