The Sea Level Singer/Songwriter Festival is a homegrown Norfolk, Virginia music festival to benefit Tidewater Arts Outreach. The 9th annual festival is April 2, 2016 from 10 am - 11 pm and features a headline kick-off concert (John Fullbright in 2016), an Emerging Artist Contest, a daytime street scene with buskers, a live music stage and kids art and music activities, a custom Paul Reed Smith Guitar raffle, and indoor and outdoor live performances by local musicians.
