Just wanted to let everyone know that I will not be in town to smoke up thanksgiving goodies this year. I will be up in NY for Brian’s celebration of life. I will be able to accommodate some Christmas orders that would need picking up on the 21st as my son and I are heading to Florida as to not spend our first Christmas without Brian home.

Thank you for understanding and we can’t wait to smoke up some goodies for you soon.

Must say their smoke turkey breast had me craving tomorrows turkey sooooo much.

Don’t for get we are closed for Xmas but certainly can smoke you up some goodies for new years. Perhaps some prime rib is in order.

Ok friends.... This is your last chance to get Thanksgiving orders in. Remember I will not be smoking anything for Christmas this year as I will not be in town.

I still have room for a couple turkeys and I can squeeze some brisket or prime rib on as well. Let me know so I can get the meat for you this week while I am out. You need some of this yumminess on your holiday table.

What we love hearing. Some of our customers ordered brisket for Thanksgiving. All of our customers picked up their product yesterday.
