Also known as "Lily of the Incas" or "Peruvian Lily", this flower is native to South America and has found its way over to places like North America, Australia and New Zealand due to its popularity within the bridal community. Its natural habitat is in the mountains of Peru, Chile, & Brazil. Its scientific name is Alstroemeria aurea & is part of the Alstroemeriaceae flower family.
