We know every individual is unique. We create a customizable menu for your busy lifestyle. We first will set up a consultation and discuss your dietary goals, expectations, and your wants and needs. Also, we will discuss the frequency and amounts of meals you would like per week. Pricing depends on all these aspects, as well as menu planning, shopping and cooking your delicious meals. Every week,

we will send you out a menu to approve. We will go shopping on the day we are scheduled to cook for you to ensure you the freshest ingredients possible. We proudly use local and organic meat, dairy, and produce whenever possible. We then, will come to your home and cook all of your meals, and leave your kitchen the way we found it. You now have home cooked meals in your fridge or freezer, clearly labeled with easy to follow instructions! It's that simple! Email for your unique consultation!
