For the month of February our staple menu will include:
Chicken Caesar salad wrap for $4
A chef salad for $5
A blueberry strawberry mixed yogurt parfait for $4

Orders for staple menu items just need a 2 day heads up. Staple menu will grow as time goes on

We have our menu fully figured out for the month of February!!

From January 30th to February 5th we will have:
Shredded chicken bacon ranch hoagies for $8
Hawaiian teriyaki pork loin with rice for $9
Loaded nacho soup for $8
Signature burgers (with a 50/50 beef to pork ratio) for $9
Any orders for this week need to be in by January 29th to make sure we can have them ready.

From February 6th to February 12th:
Chicken pot pie for $8
Barbecued chicken, potato, and bacon for $6
Cheeseburger pie with a bacon topping $8
Sausage and potato soup for $6
Orders would need to be in by February 5th.

From February 13th to February 19th:
Garlic and herb stuffed pork chops for $10
New York strip steak with smashed potatoes and veggie medley for $15
Chicken Parmesan and a side of pasta for $10
Gumbo for $9
Orders would need to be in by February 12th.

From February 20th to February 26th:
Chicken and asparagus rice casserole for $8
Shepherds pie for $9
Chicken paprika for $8
Sloppy Joe’s for $5
Orders would need to be in by February 19th.

After seeing how many people messaged with interest we figured the best option was to make a full months menu to put out to start in February. We will have 4 meals a week posted with prices and will take account of how many people would be interested in said meals for the week. Orders will be accepted up to one week prior before posted dates. We will have the menu posted within this week. ☺️

For those quick flights when you don’t have a chance to warm up food, a salad is a good way to go! Why spend $11 in the airport when you can spend $5 for a filling salad with protein added.

This is an example of a meal that would be offered.

“Head in the clouds” chicken parm sub with basil and pasta sauce spaghetti and asparagus.
A meal like this would be expected to be around $10 for full meal or $7 for sandwich only.

I’m Nick, married to lovely Southwest flight attendant Rachael. From being a former private chef I’ve come accustomed to cooking my wife 3-4 “to-go” meals every week. While my wife has been on the road we’ve slowly realized the challenges that come with finding good food to eat while she’s on the road that isn’t just an all day snacking fest. I’ve learned how to package many of her meals to be easy to heat up on the aircraft while she’s working. While she’s working she’ll tell me about how many flight attendants have to run off the airplane to grab food in between flights to have a “fresh” full meal. As as everyone knows, food in the airport isn’t always the cheapest option. With my love of cooking I want to be able to help flight attendants and flight crew have full meals that won’t break the bank and relieve some of the stress that comes with meal prepping.
