Our Ballet classes are a good balance between focused dance training and fun! Ballet is a fundamental dance technique that supports many other styles of dance as well as athletes that play a variety of sports! How does it help? Dancers work on posture, flexibility, balance, footwork, and more!
We have new sessions beginning in mid October. Email us with questions!

Our Move & Groove class is one of our most popular classes and is for our dancers ages 3-5 years. This class is a blast! We stretch, learn basic dance steps, and work on fine and gross motor skills. We will explore movement, shapes, rhythm, and more! Each class is themed and we love to use age appropriate props and music!

Our next session of Move & Groove Classes begin mid October!

Our Grown Up & Me class caters to our youngest dancers who wish to have their grown ups dance with them.
Once they are ready to try class on their own, we have our Bouncing Buds class.
We have new sessions of both classes starting in mid October!

All proceeds will go directly to Wayside Food Programs to help those with food insecurity.
