Jennifer is saying no to GMO, (genetically modified ingredients) and to factory farming. She’s reducing her carbon footprint, and yours by the way, and she’s making delicious food too! Jennifer’s commitment to you is that a minimum of 80% of the products used for your event will be sustainable, organic or better than organic and will be farm to table. In the rare instance where the menu and these values collide Jennifer will work with you to find a solutions that everyone can feel good about! It doesn’t stop with food though! Jennifer has a group of vineyards that also provide sustainable, biodynamic and or organic wines that are delightful too! She’s a master at pairing the perfect wine with her fabulous food creations! Jennifer will customize your event and has a wonderful selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and raw choices available as well as slow food, and farm to table options! She can also prepare meals to go just as you like them. She’s been a personal chef to several celebrity clients, and she would love to be your personal chef too. Since food is a passion for Jennifer, she also offers a variety of events at her Rancho Mirage location. These range from cooking classes, to wine events, to wine dinners and networking events.
