Now that our team has a chance to breath after the IFBA Convention. We want to thank each attendee and all the presenters and participants that made last week a success.

The sun finally came out for today so the visit to museum and the The Old Dominion Historical Fire Society (ODHFS) collection was a hit. Thank you Tommy Herman and ODHFS for making today so nice

The weather Gods are even attending this years convention. It hasn’t hampered any of our scheduled events and the fun in Richmond continues.

Luckily the storm is moving to the NW and will be out of our area for tomorrows big day at Keystone Truck and Tractor Museum

The IFBA First Lady Mary Janie Korb will coordinate the alternate program for any non Fire Buff attendees. She will be staffing the registration desk most days and staying at the hotel from Tue - Sun and be available to discuss interesting options during Convention week.

As an added event the Hotel can do a 5 bottle wine tasting at the host hotel during the general membership meeting from 2-4 pm

This would require a ticket purchase of $20 for those interested and you can purchase your ticket at the registration desk.
