Behind every small business owner there is a “story”. Five years ago I started this charcuterie business mentally with the “can I do it”.. in part after the tragic and unexpected loss of my only and first born son Anthony and his love for food 🕊️🤍. This concept entered my mindset after I tried to hire a charcuterie cater to do his Celebration of Life but no one was available. Three years later, I tried again to hired a charcuterie cater to do my wedding reception but again no one was available. After providing my boards to family and friends, I ended up doing my own gracing table for our reception 🌿🍇🧀 It was a hit and the TALK of the party. Today, I’m thrill and thankful to be fully operating in this industry as a small business owner. And with all this explained… I’m lucky to have a supportive family … my husband and daughter who are as assistants to this exciting new adventure! 🏆💪🏽
