🇬🇷 It’s our name change anniversary! 🇬🇷 One of the hardest decisions I had to make was changing the business name…in GREEK! Theiko Fos Studios, pronounced “Thay-Ko” “Fh-O-s” means “Divine Light” in Greek. As most of you know, previously I was Divine Goddess Photography (boudoir) and Divine Studios (weddings) so keeping “Divine” in the name was important. Being that I am known for my lighting “Divine Light” was perfect. But why didn’t I just keep it in English? Well, there are THOUSANDS of photographers/film makers with the name Divine Light (whether that be photography, studios, films, imagery, etc) and I didn’t want to be confused with others. I wanted to stand out. So, being that my Greek heritage is important to me, Theiko Fos Studios was born! Tips on posing bridal parties without….PIVOT!!!! Posing bridal parties can be complicated sometimes, especially when alcohol and or a time crunch is involved. But it doesn’t have to be all stressful! Here are a few tips we like to do here at Theiko Fos Studios: 1. Listen! That’s right, listen to what they want. Sometimes you just have to give them what they want but I’m return they must cooperate with you next. 2. Laugh, joke, throw out some “that’s what she said” puns (when appropriate) to get them laughing and having a good time. Make them feel like you are a part of their group. 3. Play games! This is my favorite! There are so many things you can have a bridal party do so they too can have fun. We like to play a game I call “Bat S**t Crazy”.
