What a gorgeous day!

WOW Factor Sports is grateful to have supported and participated in the Sophie's Squad 1st Annual Golf Tournament. What an incredible crew doing the work and MAKING A DiFFERENCE in just over a year on this journey. This strong community they are building is beautiful. Taking care of your mental health is just as important (if not more) as your physical health.

Young athletes have alot on their plates which can be overwhelming and isolating at times. It’s okay to not be okay and we need to keep normalizing mental health challenges. We ALL have had them, do have them or will have them and we need to have a HUGE community ready to help get us through.
