Loustic Pop Up Kitchen is back this week! We had a difficult time deciding what menu to create this week until I started reading Crying In H Mart by Michelle Zauner. It is a memoir about growing up as a Korean American in Eugene, her relationship with her mother and of course - food. For inspiration we went on a pilgrimage to H Mart in Tigard and bought a cart full of exciting ingredients.

Thank you all for traveling virtually with us! It has been so fun to revisit vacations past (and dream of trips abroad to come). This week we are visiting the city of Rhodes, Greece. The old city is charming and filled with museums, markets and amazing food. For the first time we are also offering a cocktail to go!

Usually this time of year we are planning a vacation out of the country to explore a new culture and cuisine. Alas, that will not be happening this year. Instead we will revisit some of our favorite cities virtually through our menus.
