Prep isn’t for the faint of heart but man did I fall in love with the process.
I’ve learned so much about myself through the highs + lows. Pushing my mind + body in new ways all while continuing to love and appreciate it. Understanding kindness can be hard but it ultimately is a choice… CHOOSE KINDESS. Most importantly, I grew even closer to the Lord + my family and for that alone I’d do it all again.
I’m grateful to have shared the stage with some amazing women + new friends. Now it’s time to grow baby🤘🏼

Gotta be real…. I was so happy on show day and honestly felt I beat the previous me. I was even told by the judges I made huge improvements. However, when I saw the photos I struggled to see it. I only saw the person who began the journey. It took my husband pointing out the subtle changes, that I missed, to see them. I am excited to grow in my off season, because I’m too small, which is weird cause my brain says I’m too big. I am prepared to keep being 1% better than the day before. Body dysmorphia is no joke.

Thank you for capturing the improvements and for giving me an opportunity to fight my demons.
Thank you for helping my very robot analytical brain somewhat get posing. Now to keep tweaking for next year

NPC Oregon Open, formerly the NPC Oregon State

The NPC Oregon Open formerly known as the NPC Oregon State is now being promoted by Oregon Physique Productions, LLC which is made up of Dominic & Evelyn Current and Ron & Susan Smith. Ron is the Oregon State Chairman and Dominic is the Vice Chairman and are proud to partner up with their wives to continue the work that has been put into the Oregon State Championships which has been promoted for the last 15 years by Andre “Bam Bam” Scott.

The show has hosted some amazing athletes that have graced the stage over the years and has produced many big names in Oregon and beyond as Overall Champions and on to the Professional level. Oregon Physique Productions (RK Smith & Current Productions) is proud to continue the tradition and keep it going.

The NPC Oregon Open is a National Qualifier and will take place July 13, 2019. A location is being finalized now and we will announce it. Please check back soon for more details.
