Was ready for war and got the chance to be in big class and battle in the open. Coming out with 4th against some quality athletes, taking 2nd in the novice class as well.
Proud of you and the you put forth left of all in the gym. Now we lock in on the werk ahead hit the lab

I stepped on stage and competed in my first all natural Bodybuilding show at the last month. What an experience! Looking forward to showing the improvements made over the past few weeks and presenting my best package yet this upcoming weekend at the 💪🏻

Prep isn’t for the faint of heart but man did I fall in love with the process.
I’ve learned so much about myself through the highs + lows. Pushing my mind + body in new ways all while continuing to love and appreciate it. Understanding kindness can be hard but it ultimately is a choice… CHOOSE KINDESS. Most importantly, I grew even closer to the Lord + my family and for that alone I’d do it all again.
I’m grateful to have shared the stage with some amazing women + new friends. Now it’s time to grow baby🤘🏼

Gotta be real…. I was so happy on show day and honestly felt I beat the previous me. I was even told by the judges I made huge improvements. However, when I saw the photos I struggled to see it. I only saw the person who began the journey. It took my husband pointing out the subtle changes, that I missed, to see them. I am excited to grow in my off season, because I’m too small, which is weird cause my brain says I’m too big. I am prepared to keep being 1% better than the day before. Body dysmorphia is no joke.

Thank you for capturing the improvements and for giving me an opportunity to fight my demons.
Thank you for helping my very robot analytical brain somewhat get posing. Now to keep tweaking for next year

Professional photos are in. Happy to have made solid improvements upon the last showing, but I’m never satisfied. All I see is what needs to be improved upon now. I will be working hard to do so, and you will see a much improved version of me soon in the years to come.

So far we’ve been reversing the diet, slowly increasing food. The goal for this next offseason is to stay tighter, as to maintain sensitivity and responsiveness throughout, and not have to be quite so aggressive pushing down next prep. The main focus as of now is to reach the top of Heavies and drill posing with the time and respect it deserves so I can lock in and hold these positions for an extended period of time.

I have been competing since 2017, and this is my first 1st place and OVERALL 🏆 🙌🏽 I am so grateful to be able to compete in a sport that I am so passionate about, I love it! First show was a blast! Flexing on stage with my fellow muscle monkeys was a wild ride. As we return to our iron temples in the greatest country on earth. We can thank God for all we have and the gift of another day on the warpath. Memento Mori.

I am so incredibly proud of myself and how far I have came. First competition, I came in 5th place. This is giving me an opportunity to grow and assess my physique to come back with a better package.

Super proud of my client who just competed at the Tanji Johnson Classic and Oregon Open Championships. Alan really had to dig deep and suffer, and he got himself in true condition for the first time. All while working a very demanding job and being a family man at the same time.

Alan and I started working together shortly after recovering from surgery at the end of summer last year. We had a solid off-season push before starting prep early 2024. Biggest goal for this prep was to get truly peeled for the first time, and he achieved that, blowing away his previous showings. Awesome work man 🤘

Now it’s time to GROW big time and fill out his over 6’ tall frame.

What an experience!

This definitely won’t be my last time competing. Learned a lot through prep about myself and what goals I want to achieve. Gonna put my head down and work to beat this physique for the next time around and put on a lot more size!

The were held in Salem on Saturday and it did not disappoint with a very competitive field and a new show venue…well done Current Productions!👌🏼

As for our Athletes and Coaches, it was indeed joyful and a learning experience for all of us involved, as we entered 2 first timers: & , plus up and coming 2nd year competitor .garcilazo We were/are very proud of and happy for all 3 of them!
