On this day, June 21st, 2001 Bluesman John Lee Ho**er left this earthly world for higher ground. Leaving us with music that inspired artists worldwide, with a riff that cemented him as a Blues Superstar, the riff that "launched a thousand songs". Forever grateful for his kindness, smile, humor, vision, and those star socks. Heavenly Blessings to you kind sir.
