This week’s pickup dish was quesabirria tacos, sides of beans/rice, and condiments of cilantro, onions, and mexican slaw. Also of course the consommé to dip your tacos in. Then to wash it down with a refreshing strawberry agua fresca.

This week’s Cinco de Mayo dish was taquitos. There was a choice of chicken or papa taquitos with either a cup of guacamole or sitting in a tomato consommé with shredded cheese. Thank you everyone!

Just wrapped up this week’s sweet potato tacos. These tacos had a black bean puree, diced sweet potatoes, and cashew chipotle sauce. Condiment toppings were roasted corn salsa, cotija and lime. Thank you everyone!

This week’s fusion dish was birria ramen. 5-6 hours with over 34 ingredients is worth the work to make authentic birria. You can’t just call it “birria” because it’s in a pressure cooker or crockpot with a few ingredients. It’s about the authentic loving care with some ramen added 😆. Condiments toppings were cilantro, lime, fresh onions and chile oil. Thank you to everyone!
