The Shalom Y'all Jewish Food Festival™ is an integral part of Savannah's cultural landscape. We invite you to join us this year for our 25th exciting year! Held in Forsyth Park, one of Savannah’s largest and most charming public areas, on the last Sunday of each October from 11 am until 3 pm. Participants of all ages will enjoy a taste of ethnic Jewish cuisine as well as family entertainment rangi

ng from music and dance to magic and puppet shows. There is no admission charge for the festival, but once you have smelled the aroma of all the wonderful cuisine, you will definitely want to purchase tickets for food. Food Tickets are only $1.00 each and there are two ticket booths on the festival grounds. When festival time approaches, we will offer advance tickets at a discount. Purchasing tickets in advance not only gets you a discount, but it also gives you the convenience of picking up your tickets before the festival so you won't have to stand in the ticket line. Below is a small sampling of our extensive menu of delicious Jewish delicacies to be found at the Shalom Y'all Jewish Food Festival™:

Looking forward to seeing everyone today at the 33rd Shalom Y’All Jewish Food Festival. Food will be ready at 11:00 AM sharp. Come early to purchase your food tickets and get the popular food items!
Please note:
Royal restrooms will be available on Gordon St for all. (The temple will be closed to all guests for this event)
The Volunteer Booth, along Monterey Square, will have a First Aid Station and is the place to ask questions or to let us know if you have any concerns during the event.
We extend a hearty Thanks to the many members of the Savannah Police Department who will be making our event safe!
And a big thank you to everyone supporting this premier food festival, which offers delicious foods, great entertainment and a gathering of the entire Savannah community.

Some Like It Hot!
The weather forecast looks promising for Sunday, with a little chance of rain. It will be a tad cool, unless you are one of our Northeast and Midwest friends. Our food team will have plenty of hot and savory items to enjoy - Hot Deli Sandwiches, Stuffed Cabbage, Chicken Shawarma, Matzah Ball Soup, Blintzes, Latkes, Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate!

Entertainment??? We will have terrific entertainment for you on Sunday, November 12th!!! The day will be filled with fantastic entertainment for the whole family. Highlights include our Shofar Brigade that will open the Festival, music from the Savannah Phil, musical selections by the Savannah Theatre, headliner Ricardo Ochoa & the Euro Gypsy Jazz Band, and Dancing with Maxine Patterson School of Dance!

What's cooking this year at our Food Fest? Here's a list of all the savory Jewish foods we will be serving to the Savannah community. As we return to a full menu similar to 2018 and 2019, we are asking our congregants and friends to help--there are so many ways you can make a difference. Please consider becoming a Food Fest Sponsor, or asking a friend to become a sponsor (any level of support is appreciated!); and sharing our Food Fest page with friends so they can help get the word out. The food will be authentic, prepared by congregants! There will be fun activities for all ages. The spirt of community connection can help unite us during trying times.
