Had friends over for Paella but with no shrimp or lobster due to an allergy so, Spanish chorizo, squid, chicken and clams with all the extras and a beautiful socarrat.

My take on the “Menu” Cheeseburger. Toasted Asiago jalapeño bagel, double cheeseburger on a bed of sautéed sweet onions, thinly sliced dill pickles and burger sauce. Oh and roasted spaghetti squash.

Feeling pretty proud of this gluten free Buche de Noel.

Second event at Feliciano Castillo winery in Woodinville for one of my favorite clients! Organic fruit kabobs, rotisserie chicken and grape skewers, pork sausage and honeycrisp apple skewers with spicy cream, tuna curry open faced sandwiches and mixed greens with balsamic dressing.

Catered a private gathering at Feliciano Castillo in Woodinville for 30. Wonderful winery and great crew!

Provided the food for a small group of executive assistants at the newly renovated Hotel Theodore. Oven roasted tomatoes on whipped lemon ricotta, Persian herbed omelet bites on double cream greek yogurt, open faced prosciutto and cucumber tea sandwiches.

Catered for my corporate client in Fall City tonight, what a great company! Antipasto platter with some wonderful meats and cheeses, Ceasar salad with thinly sliced Kumkuats, garlic toast, Meat and Veggie Lasagna with extra sauce and finished with Tiramisu!

Last night's event for 30, Port Poached Anjou pears with double cream Brie and crispy Sage. Green Eggs and Ham deviled eggs. Open Faced Proscuitto, Brie, Arugula with Sriracha mayo Sammies, Black peppered Chevre stuffed dates wrapped in Hickory Smoked Bacon and finally jumbo shrimp wrapped in uncured bacon and smothered in maple BBQ sauce.
