Friends, due to my health situation, we are going to have to postpone the SYSR until next year. I hate to do that, but without the manpower, I feel it’s fair to get well, before I can give it 100%. Next year we will have an Incredible year. ❤️ Thank you for your support and understanding!

Hey friends. We need to get rolling if we are going to make this year a success again. I am having heart surgery on May 2nd, and want to help as much as I can, but we need to get a meeting going and start getting prepared for this. I appreciate all the feedback, and love and support and have complete confidence that this year will be a huge success. If anyone wants to get a meeting place and time going that would help, even if I can’t attend the first one. We need live stock, we need sponsors, we need to get the ball rolling. ❤️

Well Sheridan, we did it.. what a great 1st rodeo. We had many hick ups, many laughs, a bunch of what the heck’s but it was amazing!!! Vanessa Ash, Jeremy Badgett, Patricia Mora, Megan Badgett, Ben Horton, Lance, Kevin Scott, Peg Martin Jeremy Kisling, my amazing parents,and especially my buddy Brian Sheeley who had faith in me, when no one else did. We did it.,❤️❤️ Love you all. Here’s to next year!

We are so incredibly humbled by the amount of help we had yesterday! Huge thank you to Dean Cole, Deblin Cole, Sarah and Brian Brownell, Faith Stimson, Andrea Stimson, and every parent, volunteer, our vendors, and our youth. We had an i redouble turn out but couldn’t have done it without the help we had!! What great first year!!!

What a day! We got the goats, we got the sheep, we are ready for our Sheridan Youth to come and have sone fun! You still have time to sign up, we will accept entries until 8:30am. Casyn Cates

Casyn Cates is a 3 year old boy from Sheridan Wyoming. Casyn was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 2 years. February 26th 2022 is when the family received such shocking news. He was immediately life flighted to the Children’s hospital in Denver Co for immediate medical attention. Casyn is a younger bother to his sister Carsyn Cates (6 years) and his brother Corbyn Cates (5 years). Casyns parents Chantz & Cashlee Cates do great work to raise a ranchy little family in Sheridan Wyoming with lots of animals and hobbies to keep each of them on there toes! Family is something you strive for and this Cates family gives it all they can! Casyn is currently still in the process of fighting this sickness with the best help he can get at the Children’s hospital. Casyn has been receiving chemo since February 26th and will continue to fight and get the best help he can!
