Ready for summer 🌞

A friend from back home recently posted a picture of the beautiful night blooming cereus flower, reminding me just how fleeting time is on this earth. Dubbed "Queen of the Night", these elegant beauties bloom only at night.. and only once a year! I took this photo on an early morning walk right before I moved away from home. 🤍

After a week of cloudy skies and tornadoes, I can't help but feel a little homesick. I think the desert will always have my heart.
