Originally from Ellensburg, Stefan honed his skills as a chef over the last 15 years at Spokane hot spots like Hills, Luna, and Spencer’s. ⁠

This was an intimate fundraiser for an amazing project by LaunchNW.  LaunchNW creates opportunities, prosperity, and growth through collaboration.  Only 39% of Spokane County students are earning degrees.   With a supported promise scholarship as an incentive, LaunchNW provides hope that finances are no longer a barrier to post-high school opportunities.

Over the last 3 years, our chef team, Deborah & Elizabeth, have created amazing dishes, sweated it out on events, and kicked ass in the kitchen.

As we emerge from Covid, we are sad that Deborah is leaving us for an awesome opportunity with Hayden Lake Country Club. Deborah has transformed our kitchen into a machine with inspiring dishes and true grit. We will miss her immensely!!!

As Elizabeth moves into the Executive Chef position we are excited for her to make her mark on London’s Ultimate Catering. In the next few months, lookout for new dishes, new event set-ups, and all-around badass girl chef stuff.

2021 is going to be a wild ride folks and we can’t wait to feed you, make some tasty cocktails, and work with amazing vendors.

Sending love out to all our partners crazy enough to be in the event industry.   Our industry has been hit hard for the last year.   Most of us can’t do what we do best right now.   The end is in sight but don’t forget to send some extra love to your favorite caterer, event planner, venue, photographer, florist, rental company, bakeries, calligraphers, event designers, bridal shops, DJs, & event designers…….  Our hospitality friends at restaurants and hotels have been open for a while (barely open…wink..wink..), and we love them all, but we are in a different category.  We all want to get back to work and put our talents on display for your special event.

THE most PATRIOTIC thing you can do is wear a mask.

Not wearing a mask is a big FU to the rest of us.

We as a business care about all of us and those of you that don’t
– we say FU!!
We are tired of hearing our service industry friends being yelled at by selfish people. Knock it OFF!!

If you don’t like this then….take your money somewhere else…

Alright to all of you that said we were unpatriotic by using FU in our picture we posted….we heard you. And we thank those of you that took the time to try and get us to see that you were offended by thinking our post meant we were against the military or this beautiful country. We aren’t at all. We love this country…we love this community…but we are fed up with the clear disdain for those of us just trying to do our job. It is inconsiderate to yell at us that you don’t have to wear a mask when we HAVE to. We are done asking people to be human…be nice…be someone that we want to set a beautiful table for and we want to enjoy watching you enjoy your evening. It’s just that simple. We are done being nice about it.

our friends ZOLA are reopening today with a bang!!!!

Live music starting at 7pm with ÇRÛXÍĘ, tomorrow Blake Braley , and Saturday The Cronkites .......all spokane local bands.

Our sous chef, Elizabeth, has been consulting with Zola creating a new menu with modern and delicious food.

It really seems like the US 🇺🇸 is on fire right now.......pandemic....brutality coming from all sides....insane injustices are prevailing.........

We can't help feeling like there must be something we can do. This isn't a political statement.... just a reminder...........
KINDNESS IS EVERYTHING!!!!

We love Spokane and we truly believe that this community can bind together to listen and propel each other to be better.......

60 seconds….……

We are all feeling like things are better…we want to “get back to normal”…..go to work…go out to dinner……hang out with friends and family…. But please pause……

It takes 10 seconds to put a mask on…
It takes 30 seconds to wash your hands…
It takes 20 seconds to order food on-line…
It takes 0 seconds to stay home…..

Our families are feeling the fear of having loved ones with Covid 19…our communities are feeling the pain…our global neighbors are racing to find a solution…..we have a solution for now….stay home….

The video is of one of our employees whose father is battling Covid 19 in Arizona. She is always the most positive and sweetest person on our team. Our hearts are with our employee and her family. We will be sending good vibes that he will recover. Until today, we felt lucky that we didn't know of anyone with Covid 19. But that feeling of being invisible only lasts for a short time.

Please stay home or if you have to leave the house please be careful…….if not for yourself but for the rest of us.
