The beauty of a quince always shines through in their family. One thing I have truly admired about Latinos is their utter devotion to their families. It’s so touching to see, as someone who grew up in a very broken home, and it has restored so much hope in my heart having the opportunity to witness this unconditional love over and over again in so many different families.

I can never tell what I love more. Weddings or Quinces. They’re similar in a lot of ways. Quinces have so much energy but with weddings I get to focus on connection, romance, and showcasing love. I also feel like there is real skill needed in knowing how to pose most couples. Women tend to be more comfortable in front of the camera while the men need a bit longer to warm up and find their groove. Good thing I’m an expert at making couples who have never had professional photos taken look like absolute show stoppers every single time.

God dang, I *love* me some good veil photos and the honest to god truth is LATINAS KNOW HOW TO DO VEILS. I will die on this hill. Nothing gets me more excited at a wedding than a gorgeous bride, a husband who is in awe of his bride, and a veil that goes on for days. There are so many tricks you have to know to photograph a veil of this size, and I know them all. 💋
