COCOS Spring Forecast

As the space is reset for spring you will be working with a neutral palette in the Studio, throughout March-May you will see touches of pastel in the space and a few seasonally appropriate props available.

Come in and use our blank canvas to create in peace. For my clients, I have set a pretty sweet little discount, studio time is now $50/hr for the rest of spring.

Cocos Valentines 2024 Forecast

Studio clients can expect a clean setup for Valentines Day 2024 featuring a cozy neutral bed setup with multiple furs to throw in to add a splash of color to your shoot.

Furnishing options will be minimal but will include our white leather sofa, red velvet and multiple prop furnishing including our cute little pink fuzzy stool that I can’t wait to see someone use. We will also have multiple touches of red/pink floral options available to play with creativity for individual romantic shots, photos of cute kiddos holding flowers with big smiles or whatever your ♥️ wills.

Next week we will be working on adding in a red heart pop to move around and use as backdrop to any arranged scene, we will have some beautiful and simplistic red mesh or tulle to play with so don’t be afraid to get in the studio and let your imagination flow with the plenty of props we will have available to you.

Next week I will also personally be working on a fun little backdrop option for you that may include either a whole lot of glitter or spray painted hearts.

We are currently ready to go for bookings with a minimal romantic winter/valentines inspired set and I will post my usual walkthrough highlights when the full setup for Valentines 2024 is complete.

Cocos 2024 Forecast Inspiration

Jan-Feb Minimal Luxe Valentines Setup

2024 Remaining - We will be slowly moving toward presenting as a functional living space, think Airbnb style, possibly a bit more lived in with some of my very own personal touches. More permanent setup and fixtures with main shooting wall remaining on the North wall.

- Bedroom space
- Dining Style setup
- Living Room setup
Including Smart TV in main space with Roku, Netflix, Hulu.
- Functional Kitchen space
- Functional Bathroom Space
- Updated Furnishings/Cabinetry
- Water Dispenser

Moving forward into late 2024, you will be renting the space knowing that it has now been updated to a functional living space. This means all fixtures and setups will be permanent besides the front shooting wall which will remain fairly blank with some immediate props or tools available for headshot style setups, the rest of the space will be best for lifestyle use and will not be able to be rearranged. This also means that once the space is finished to be a functional living space, you will be able to Airbnb the space which will be a separate rate from hourly or day use.

Mid to late 2024 or early 2025 we may close for a brief period to update flooring or for other brief updates.

I have no designers, no business partners, any design, sourcing and updates come directly from me so you may see a very slow progression of updates but I will be sure to share when possible.

It’s that time of year that I bring 🎄 to the Studio. Things are coming along nicely and is basically ready for promos besides a couple last minute touches.
