For couples sending wedding invites, we have been getting reports from our couples that mail delays are a huge issue! Make sure to follow these tips if possible.
1. Add an extra week to your RSVP deadline to give you time to track missing responses.
2. Mail 1-2 weeks earlier than planned for your invites.
3. Push your guests to RSVP online at your wedding website.
4. Be ready to call or text missing respondents a day or two after the deadline.
Also, the rate increase for first-class stamps goes into effect on July 14, 2024.

In Honor of St. Patrick's Day, here are 4 ancient and odd Wedding Traditions.
1. Eating Salt
Couples would eat some salt with oatmeal on their wedding day to warn off evil spirits. Apparently Demons watch their sodium intake.👿
2. Tossing Shoes
In Ancient Irish times, it was seen as tradition to hurl shoes over the newlyweds. We’re not sure what’s lucky about being knocked out by a pair of stiletto heels, but that’s what they did! 👠

While you can't imagine that your guests would purposely ruin your day, you have heard the horror stories of how quickly a bad-behaving guest can ruin the fun. Read on and learn to kick these potential landmines to the curb.
1. THE LATE ARRIVER
SOLUTION: If possible, have your ushers or venue staff move to the entrance doors and hold late guests until after the procession has finished. Instruct them to find a place near the back to avoid disrupting the ceremony.
2. THE NO RSVP
SOLUTION: When creating your seating assignments, keep a few spaces at a table to accommodate any "surprise guests."
3. THE OVER-DRINKER
SOLUTION: Offer heavy appetizers during cocktail hour and late-night snacks. Also, offer coffee service with your dessert and keeping it open throughout the evening. Finally, close the open bar thirty minutes before the end of your event and switch to water, coffee, and soft drinks only.
