Hello everyone!!
90% of you know I am not a huge FB poster and yes I should be with my business but I’m just not. 🫣
Anyways, I do want to let you all know that it is has been a year since I have been at the stuart Corinthian yacht club! Time sure flies by !
It has been a wonderful year, we met so many amazing members, had lots of fun events and a good business year as well ! But we are moving on! Going back to only 1 kitchen - the one in Rio. The club is being remodeled and they are hoping to open up for daily lunch and dinners and weekend member events.
(For members only though. )
If any chef is interested In that position please feel free to contact them!
I love my catering too much and obviously will still cater.
But once again it was a fabulous year and I am ever so grateful for the experience!! Thank you SCYC! Can’t wait to see the remodel 😊

Thank you to TCCA for allowing S&L to cater for them again. It was a fundraiser for the school with some really cool prizes. Held at St. Mary’s with a cool Arabian theme! Apps and dinner .

Congratulations to Emily and Mac! March 9th 2024 they became husband and wife 💖.
As usual not a lot of food pictures. I continually never stop moving so pictures and posts do not happen that often. 🫣
I wanted to share a new venue . This is The Pavilion at Jupiter Farms. They have really done it up nicely and are still making improvements. Thank you Chase Damberg your DJ tunes and for referring me as always. It’s always a pleasure to work with you and your team.

We are beyond excited to announce a spring kids camp this year, here on the farm! This has been five years in the making, and we’re thrilled that this year is the year that we can offer yet another wholesome and wonderful experience to our community!

March 20th, 21st & 22nd
Wednesday- Friday
8:30a-12:30p
Kids ages 5-12yrs old
$150 donation per child for all 3 days
Just west of the Saint Lucie County fairgrounds

Very limited spots available, FCFS via DM & reservation only.

Listen to all it is that your kids are going to have the blessing to do and learn!

- Engage in hands on play, interact with, cuddle, feed, learn about, and have fun with all of our farm animals.
- Learning about and participating in simple farm chores to learn responsibilities
- They will have an opportunity to milk a goat if they would like and learn about goat milk soap
- Learning about how to resource off of the land around us (such as we resource robusta eucalyptus and create essential oils from them, there are wild blueberries, guava & dewberries on the farm etc)
- When they meet and learn about the chickens, they can also grab an egg from the nesting box and learn about eggs
- We will have some nature and Montessori inspired arts and crafts that they will get to create to bring home
- They will learn about organically growing fruits and vegetables, have the opportunity to plant some seeds to bring home to continue to learn and to watch them grow
- We will go on a nature walk in the woods with a nature scavenger hunt
- We will talk briefly about off grid, living and homesteading
- We will give them opportunities to play and have fun with lawn games at our little picnic area outside of the animals pens in the common area during snack time - 1 bottle of water and a few small mid morning snack provided
- They will have the opportunity for Freeform play on the farm and in nature for a small portion of every day
- Opportunities to play in our monestory farm homeschool house
- and more

First wedding of 2024! Congratulations to Megan and Michael. Even with the rain and moving their wedding inside that did not get them down at all, they are such an amazing couple and remembered what the day was really about. 👰‍♀️🤵❤️
Their menu : Appetizers: coconut shrimp, bacon and cheese stuffed mushrooms, veggie spring rolls. Dinner : Caesar salad, Tuscan chicken, delicious cooked to perfection prime rib, roasted potatoes and S&L green beans.

It’s always wonderful when you get to work with fantastic vendors as well. It makes the wedding go even smoother when we all know each other and work great together.
