Soon we will be stocking our martinez seasoning and rub this seasoning has been in the works for a long time lots of changes made to make it just right for every kind of meat, just a itty bitty bit of spice to it so if you use a bit more you get more spice. and also smoked salt to give you that smokey flavor when you don't have time to throw something on the smoker or have that one person in the family that isn't a huge fan of the smokey flavor, kind of a cheat code. Of you will. Stay tuned while we continue ue stocking up.

This is what 4 pork butts look like broken down to 2lb bags now its ready for the freezer. This is our Carne asada blend perfect for street tacos, quesidillas, enchiladas, nachos and so much more. For those that don't know we do more than just pork shoulders, we do huge "dino" bone Steaks, turkeys, pork ribs, beef ribs, ham, chili, tri-tip steaks and prime rib..... whatever you need for that special occasion.... if you want it we can smoke it I promise you won't regret trying our meat!!!!

Have we mentioned we only use gluten free rubs for our meat most of which we make and mix together ourselves. The reason we do this is one of our kids has celiac and we know how common of an issue this is.
