Little bit late on the post, but here’s a few fun shots we got from a little catering job we did this weekend! All the pork and beans! probably the heartiest BBQ beans you’ll find around here and the customers weren’t upset about it in the slightest. Free delivery as well to those who were just outside the previous free delivery radius. Big thank you to those who’ve helped continue to build this idea up into something that is only going to get better for everyone. Some wild changes along with a subscription will soon be offered as well for those who don’t want to have to think about ordering. Happy Friday! Decided to make this post to chat about fillers and things we don’t need… literally anything that isn’t a whole food. No sauces used to drown out bad quality or poorly cooked proteins . No preservatives used to keep meals frozen for weeks if not months before it gets to you. Simple dry rubs and steam / water are all we use. I don’t agree with sauces to fill in the gaps whether it’s for taste or weight. Anything cooked correctly needs nothing of the sort. With that being said, you pay for what you get. Thank you guys as always for keeping the grills on and we’re grateful we get to keep doing this for you guys. Please let us know if there’s any questions you may have. Happy meal prep Monday! Salmon sweating is the only timer you need! No need to reinvent the wheel with salmon. The tried and true lemon and dill is the only way to go. We like to taste the protein with some added notes. No customer complaints so far! Can’t forget about the yams that are always coming across the grates! Little char is exactly what they need. You guys know where to find them.

Happy Saturday! Massive wing order went out today for a backyard birthday party! Best wings I’ve done to date. Dry rub mix only. The only combo I think I’ll be doing from here on out on these. Honey BBQ is by far the GOAT in most peoples opinion so that’s been the standard, but we understand repetitive eating gets tough. Throwback to another quick thrown together dinner! Wiped the freezer burn off a few of these tomahawk. Went with the usual reverse sear on these as I feel it’s the best way cook. Used @whitebullsbbq Thee Rub for a dry rub. Always an amazing bold flavor. Snagged some gold leaf off the tree in the backyard for a little razzle dazzle.
