Yesterday evening I had a blast catering a cocktail party for personal training clients . It was rewarding to meet and feed such a fun group of people at such an amazing boutique gym that’s so committed to their clients’ health and fitness.

With that in mind, here are some of the health conscious appetizers on last night’s menu:
